Return Policy

RETURNS & SHORTAGES POLICY: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To obtain authorization, call or email our office. You must enclose a note with the following information: Your name, address, invoice copy and date the part was shipped to you, and a description of the complaint or problem. Returns must be sent prepaid. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to exchange or return an item. Shipping charges will only be refunded on defective items, misrepresented items or items that may have been sent to you in error. No C.O.D.’s will be accepted. We reserve the right to make a 20% handling and restocking charge on all items returned unless defective or shipped in error.  Claims of shortages must be made within 10 days from date of delivery. Merchandise may not be returned after 90 days from shipment.
